 Public Domain programs on the disc this 
 month are as follows, just select the   
 appropriate option from the menu. There 
 are also a few lengthy magazine reviews 
 on the disc (in ASCII format) as it     
 would have been impractical to put them

 software is (again) graphics. I have    
 been sent a lot of digitised and non    
 digitised pictures and routines over the

  Pontoon Card Game Normal Pontoon-you   
 start with 100p and place your bet after
 seeing your first card. When it is the  
 computer's turn it must twist if it has 
 less than 16, and stick if it has more  
 than 16.

  Teletext Editor A well written Editing 
 Program that enables you to prepare     
 Mode 7 "teletext" screens and save them 
 to disc. Full instructions are in the

  Careers Forecaster This program        
 shouldn't be taken seriously, but it can
 give you an idea on what job would best 
 suit you after anwsering a few basic    
 questions.                              
                                         
  Extra * Commands Eight new * commands  
 are on the disc in the C directory on   
 side 0. To get a list of what they do,  
 read the T.Starcom ASCII text file also 
 on Side 0.

 Of the programs this month, Pontoon, Red
 Dwarf, Year Planner, and the Repton     
 screens are the work of 8-bit members.  
 The rest were either transferred from   
 other P.D. libraries, or submitted by   
 non-members. PLEASE SEND IN YOUR        
 SOFTWARE as I have little of 8-bit      
 members work for next month, and it     
 would be nice to feature YOUR work than
