  I have received a letter from Philip   
  Mulrane in Germany. He has a list of   
  BBC emulators.                         
                                         
  Here is a summary of the list that he  
  sent to me. In Philip's words, the list
  is a little confused, so please bear   
  with me. There are no addresses to     
  write to. However, there may be enough 
  info here for some of you to get hold
